Itinerary:
Day 1:Arrival at the airport, pick-up by us and transfer to the hotel for the first night. Our motorcycles do not have side bags or suitcases as standard equipment. We can provide these on request, including duffel bags. We will give you what you need straight away so that you can repack at the hotel the morning before your trip.
Day 2: Pick-up from the hotel to the motorcycle handover point. Welcome and general information about the tour. Handover and packing of the motorcycles. Departure to the first destination Montverde. Monteverde is a well-known place in the middle of the rainforest
Day 3: After breakfast, we continue on to the Nicoya Peninsula. The famous surfing town of Tamarindo offers a lively beach scene. Nothing stands in the way of a party evening.
Day 4: Along the beach we continue down to Samara. Samara, Costa Rica, is a dream destination with beautiful beaches and ideal conditions for water sports such as surfing and snorkeling. The abundant wildlife, including sea turtles, and the relaxed pura vida atmosphere make Samara particularly attractive. A wide range of accommodation and local cuisine round off the offer for nature lovers and beach vacationers.
Day 5: The coastal route from Samara to Paquera in Costa Rica offers a spectacular drive through picturesque landscapes and charming villages. On road 160, which is mostly unpaved, travelers experience dense tropical forests and beautiful beaches such as Nosara and Santa Teresa, which are known for their excellent surfing conditions. The approximately 4 to 5-hour drive allows for numerous photo stops and short explorations before ending in Paquera, where a ferry to Puntarenas can be taken.
Day 6:The journey from Paquera to Orotina in Costa Rica begins with an impressive ferry ride across the Gulf of Nicoya to Puntarenas. After the approximately 1.5-hour crossing, the journey continues on the well-maintained road 27, which leads through lush landscapes and charming little villages. Along the way, travelers enjoy impressive views and the opportunity to sample local delicacies at the rest stops along the way. The total travel time is around 2.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions, and ends back at the starting point. The last night is again spent at the Hotel Iguana Verde in Orotina.
Day 7: Today most people will be heading home again and it's time to say goodbye. We will drive you to the airport or, by arrangement, to your desired destination.
